The Lithuania-India Forum, the Center for Oriental Studies at the Vilnius University and Asian Arts Center presents festival’s “SurSadhana” photo exhibition by photographer Jovita Ambrazaitytė and other artists.
The “SurSadhana” festival is the only festival in Lithuania that has continuity in presenting classical Indian arts. The aim of the festival is to introduce the classical and contemporary Indian culture, to eliminate the borders between Lithuanian and Indian cultures while highlighting the universal values of art that can reach the heart of every human being regardless of his nationality, social or cultural affiliation. Every year the festival attracts more and more artists from Lithuania, India and other European countries who share their knowledge and art. one of the results of such cooperation is photo exhibition “IndiART scene”.
