On December 18, 6:00 P.M at Vilnius District Adomas Mickevičius Children Library  Indian culture evening dedicated to the International migrants day will be taking place. We invite you to a meeting with Kavita from India, who few months ago moved to Lithuania with her husband. During the meeting you will have a unique opportunity to get to know how we – Lithuania and Lithuanians – look from aside, what looks surprising or fascinating to foreign people. Kavita will tell about her experience and adaptation in Vilnius. She will present authentic Indian culture and traditions. Kavita does not have a full-time job, therefore she actively participates in the activities of the Indian community.

Indian cultural manifestations, such as yoga, vedic philosophy, ayurveda, practices of religion  are widespread in the world, practiced and adapted in the West. We invite you to get to know the everyday life of the second largest country in the world according to the population.
