Japanese primary school children have to learn 150 Kanji, the numbers getting higher with every year of their high school. Usually, they learn the Kanji by small pictures of the origin of the Kanji.
It is widely known that learning Japanese Kanji is a very hard task, and some deal with the problem by learning the Kanji by writing it down over and over again thus making it impossible to like the task at hand.
Most Japanese students set out learning Kanji by the same strategy we apply, yet there has been a rise of popularity of a great and effective way of learning Kanji.
Kanji Alive is a creative way of learning the Kanji by learning 214 radicals. Most of the Kanji that are known in the world are more or less gathered from the same pool of radicals, giving the opportunity to learn the Kanji faster and easier.
Kanji alive is a resource for learning Kanji, dedicated to helping you open the door to the fascinating characters that form the written Japanese language. It is not a dictionary. All of the content in the application is unique and was created and reviewed with painstaking attention to detail by experienced Japanese instructors in order to help you best study, practice and retain Kanji.
The application for Kanji Alive has user guides, hand-drawn animations and demo videos. It is a very fun way to learn new Kanji and definitely a great resource for both Japanese and Chinese languages.
